"After many years of putting up with a garage door, making all kinds of noise and trouble opening/closing, my wife and I decided it was time to replace it. Our son and his wife recently had replaced their two garage doors and recommended Diamond Overhead Doors.

We called Gary who then came to the house and took measurements. We talked about which style and color of the door plus options for the electric door opener.

Paul (office manager) sent an email confirming the details agreed upon with the estimated cost and timing of door arrival. Two weeks later Paul sent an email to let us know everything had arrived there and confirmed with us a good time to come and install the door.

We chose a day, technicians Andrew and Patrick showed up. They worked methodically to de-install the old door, rails/opener and install the new rails, door panels, the door opener, weather-stripping and outside keypad. The door opens and closes very quietly riding on nylon rollers. The outside is Chocolate and the insulation rating is R12.

Each person that we met was professional, knowledgeable and took pride in their job. Because of this, we convinced our daughter to have them replace her thirty-something-year-old garage door as well."
